Job summary

Allied Universal Security is seeking a Part Time Security Shift Supervisor for a Major Automaker site in Dearborn, MI. The Shift Supervisor will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift and act as a liaison between site staff and the Account Manager.

Candidates must complete Level 2 Training (Confined Space, Fire Hazards, etc.), be clean-shaven, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check and drug screen.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• A drug screen will be required as permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter.
