Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and delivery drivers while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.
• Screen employees, visitors, contractors, packages, and/or belongings in accordance with established site procedures and applicable policies.
• Monitor screening equipment and entry points, identify prohibited or unauthorized items, and report concerns to site leadership or appropriate personnel.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of assigned screening areas, access points, and surrounding business perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.
