Qualifications

• Superior customer service/ relations experience and approachable demeanor.
• 3 years experience in a security-related field preferred.
• Valid Georgia Driver's License.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities/tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and presentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Experience writing routine reports and correspondence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Complete shift assignments per policies/procedures.
• Patrol facility—interior, exterior, parking deck and dock areas.
• Lock/unlock doors as needed; monitor security.
• Complete incident reports and departmental documents.
• Perform crowd management and safety inspections.
• Operate security devices and respond to security situations.
• Investigate complaints or calls for service.
• Provide safety escorts and assist public as information point.
• Perform other duties as workload necessitates.
