Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer in Tulsa, OK, focusing on access control and customer service at a technology, media, and telecommunications site. You will patrol, monitor entry points, and deter security incidents while providing outstanding service and communication.

Qualifications

• Access Control/Badge experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and/or vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior and exterior areas, including business spaces, parking areas, entry points, and perimeter locations, while reporting unusual conditions or maintenance concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, assisting with authorized entry and helping to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear and accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports, and communicate relevant security-related information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
