Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in line with federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements as per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and document relevant details for site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, yards, loading areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry/exit activity and verify credentials and visitor procedures.
• Support loss prevention and operations by observing shipping/receiving areas and reporting anomalies.
