Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Guard/Patrol Driver in St Paul, MN to protect patients, visitors and staff at a healthcare location. You will perform routine, visible patrols, support access control and provide excellent customer service while upholding site policies.

This role requires a valid driver’s license and a willingness to work a daytime schedule in a fast-paced environment. Allied Universal offers a supportive team, training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with laws.
• A drug screen may be required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state/local laws and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, patients and staff by carrying out security procedures and policy compliance.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly, following reporting and escalation procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas, entrances, parking areas and perimeters.
• Monitor access points and badge verification; direct individuals to appropriate locations.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
