Allied Universal in Middletown, PA is seeking a part-time Security Guard Patrol Driver. This role involves unarmed patrols, monitoring access points, and delivering excellent customer service to employees and visitors.

The position requires a valid driver’s license, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility with a part-time schedule. Training and benefits are provided as part of joining Allied Universal.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required per policy.
• Experience with access control or badge systems preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening will be conducted as required by law.

Responsabilités

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at the location.
• Conduct routine unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and deter security issues.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain logs, and report discrepancies.
• Respond to incidents and alarms calmly and document actions.
• Complete activity and incident reports and communicate vital information to leadership.
