Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors and employees following site policies and safety procedures.
• Respond to incidents and access concerns in a calm, professional manner; escalate per procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the distribution location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access activity; verify credentials and maintain logs and documentation.
• Report suspicious activity and security-related concerns to supervisors.
