Job summary

Allied Universal in China, MI is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Unarmed Patrol Driver to provide reliable security coverage at a designated site with flexible hours and the potential to earn more through additional shifts.

The role features anchor shifts, a 16.40 USD hourly rate, and a path to grow into full-time opportunities within the industry leader. Prior security experience and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• One year of security-related experience is required.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Background check is required by law and company policy.
• Drug screen is required where permitted by law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to facility personnel, contractors, and visitors per site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry records.
• Respond to incidents and alarms in a calm, solution-focused manner and escalate as needed.
• Prepare accurate activity, incident, and patrol reports and share with site leadership.
