Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer – Patrol Driver in Hesston, KS. You will perform unarmed security duties, conduct patrols, monitor access points, and respond to incidents while delivering courteous, professional service to employees and visitors.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and at least 6 months of security experience. Schedule: Sat and Sun 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM, pay rate $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• 6 months of security-related experience
• Valid driver’s license required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Background check in accordance with laws
• Drug screening as permitted by law
• Licensing requirements may be required

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, promptly communicating observations to appropriate site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout manufacturing areas, warehouses, parking areas, office spaces, and the property perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization as directed by site procedures, and maintain accurate logs and incident documentation.
• Support adherence to facility rules, report hazards or unusual conditions, and assist with emergency evacuations and other response procedures as assigned.
