Qualifications

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors or property management personnel.
• Be able to communicate clearly and follow security procedures.
• Possess a valid driver’s license in accordance with policy requirements.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen will be performed where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and/or property management personnel while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials as directed; report incidents to appropriate contacts.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, medical situations, and other events following emergency procedures.
• Prepare accurate activity and incident reports and communicate observations to leadership.
