Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license as per Allied Universal policy.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, spills, and other critical situations calmly following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, processing areas, access points, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access control points, verify authorized entry, and document activity per site requirements.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate observations to Allied Universal leadership.
