Qualifications

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel per site procedures.
• Verify credentials and issue visitor badges; maintain access logs.
• Deterrence of unauthorized entry by observing access-control systems and reporting concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies and notify site contacts.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, perimeters, and grounds; report hazards.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, access policies, and emergency response activities at a food and beverage manufacturing location.
• Monitor and control access points by verifying credentials, issuing visitor badges, maintaining access logs, and directing authorized individuals to appropriate areas.
• Help to deter unauthorized entry by observing access-control systems, reporting suspicious activity, and escalating access concerns according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and notifying appropriate site contacts and/or emergency services.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, production-area perimeters, parking areas, and exterior grounds, reporting hazards, damaged barriers, or access-control irregularities.
