Qualifications

Must have a valid driver’s license in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
Access control and badge experience is preferred.
Loss prevention experience is preferred.
Alarm panel experience is preferred.
Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
Background check and drug screen required by law. Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
Control access to the facility by verifying credentials and monitoring entry points.
Monitor truck traffic, delivery activity, and designated access areas to support orderly movement.
Respond to incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
Conduct regular patrols of the premises, parking areas, and loading docks.
