Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state, and local laws is required.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, drivers, and employees by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Control access to the distribution location by verifying credentials and directing authorized personnel.
• Monitor entry/exit points and access-control systems; report unauthorized access and equipment concerns per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate concerns to appropriate personnel or emergency services.
• Conduct regular patrols throughout the facility to deter unauthorized activity.
