Allied Universal in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide dependable, flexible hours at an aerospace and defense site. You will manage access, review credentials, and respond to incidents with calm problem solving.

Earn extra by picking up additional shifts through the scheduling platform. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and potential to grow toward a full‑time schedule up to 40 hours per week, plus opportunities for training

Qualifications

• Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• State/county/city security license preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation conducted per laws.
• Drug screen conducted where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense site.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and document activity.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of facilities and perimeters.
• Complete reports and logs and escalate observations as needed.
