Qualifications

• Customer service experience required or preferred.
• Active DoD Confidential Clearance required.
• Graduate of a law enforcement or military police training program or equivalent.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public.
• Greet visitors, verify ID, issue credentials, maintain records.
• Monitor access points and communication systems from front desk.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies with calm, problem-solving approach.
• Maintain professional front-desk presence and relay concerns to leadership.
