Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.

• CPR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, visitors, and delivery personnel following site-specific security procedures.
• Monitor and control access to location by verifying credentials and maintaining records.
• Respond to alarms and incidents calmly and escalate per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Support compliance with visitor and contractor procedures while maintaining professionalism.
