Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and assist at front desk following site procedures.
• Monitor access and verify visitor credentials; maintain logs.
• Answer phones and coordinate deliveries; relay information.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms; document actions.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence to deter unauthorized access.
