Qualifications

• Valid Security Guard D License is required.
• Ability to work weekends as needed.
• Background check and drug screen as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide safety and security services according to site policies and emergency protocols.
• Monitor and patrol premises to prevent unauthorized access or unsafe activities.
• Check-in and verify residents/guests when accessing property.
• Call residents to verify guest authorization when required.
• Respond promptly to emergencies or security incidents in a professional manner.
• Prepare clear incident reports and document irregularities per policy.
