Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and team members while following site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas and perimeter to deter incidents.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for personnel and drivers.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms and follow reporting requirements.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities accurately.
