Job summary

Hunt Midwest is seeking a vigilant Part-Time Security Officer (Unarmed Dispatcher) for its SubTropolis site in Kansas City, MO. You’ll patrol, enforce policies, respond to incidents, and support a stable security team dedicated to safety and professionalism.

The role offers shift differentials, company equipment and licenses, and a strong team environment within a privately held real estate development company. Friday–Saturday, 8 AM–4 PM, part-time hours.

Qualifications

• Must have Valid Class A Unarmed Private Security Officer License (KC licensing)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Ability to enforce rules and local laws professionally
• Strong situational awareness and sound judgment

Responsibilities

• Protect people and property at SubTropolis.
• Patrol designated areas and enforce company policies and local laws.
• Respond to emergencies and incidents with professionalism.
• Complete accurate incident and inspection reports.
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold Security standards.
