Qualifications

• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout office areas, common spaces, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify visitor access requirements, and help maintain orderly access to restricted areas in accordance with site procedures.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and patrol activities, and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
