Job summary

You will patrol assigned areas, document activity, and work with a collaborative team, with a schedule that includes Sat and Sun evenings. Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, vendors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, and document entries, deliveries, and other site activity in accordance with established procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate site contacts and emergency responders as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of interior spaces, exterior areas, parking facilities, and the business perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or policy concerns.
• Complete accurate incident reports, daily activity logs, and other required documentation while maintaining professional communication with site stakeholders.
