Job Skills / Requirements

Pay Rate: $17.00 per hour

*Hours Vary - Part-time hours; discuss during interview.

Located in Stevens Point, WI.

** Opportunity to cross-train at other sites in the area for those interested in more than part-time work and if a good fit.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules.
2. Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security.
3. Warn violators of premise rules and regulations.
4. Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts.
5. Report any facility issues.
6. Request emergency personnel for high-risk situations.
7. Make rounds around the facility to ensure rules are followed and safety is maintained for all patrons.

- Answer phone calls and direct to the proper department or manager if needed.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Customer service experience.
• Familiarity with security equipment.
• Ability to handle physical workload.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screening, including drug screening and background check.
