Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check in accordance with federal, state and local laws.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, residents, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of building areas and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access to the location and report unusual activity and incidents according to procedures.
• Support a welcoming and respectful environment while maintaining professional boundaries.
