Allied Universal is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Patrol Observation in Winchester, VA. The role involves unarmed security patrols in a manufacturing and industrial setting, using clear communication to deter incidents and maintain a welcoming environment.

The position offers flexible weekend hours with a pay rate of $18.63 per hour. Candidates should be 18+ for unarmed roles, have a high school diploma, and be willing to undergo background checks and drug screening as required by law.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a manufacturing and industrial location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, access points, and the facility perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, or access concerns.
• Monitor access to the location, verify credentials as directed, and maintain visitor and contractor entry records in accordance with site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document observations and notify appropriate site contacts and/or emergency responders.
• Complete detailed activity reports, communicate shift information to Allied Universal leadership and site personnel, and support a professional, orderly environment.
