Qualifications

• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the logistics and distribution location, including exterior, perimeter, parking, loading docks, and trailer areas.
• Monitor access points and activity per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate information to site leadership.
