Job summary

Allied Universal in Jonestown, PA is seeking a Part-Time Security Officer for Patrol Customer Support to protect clients across logistics and distribution sites. This role offers a flexible schedule and the chance to contribute to a trusted security team.

You will perform access control, respond to incidents, conduct patrols, monitor entrances, and deliver outstanding customer service using our tools and procedures.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Minimum age: 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and access-control concerns in a calm manner.
• Conduct regular patrols of the site, including perimeter and loading areas.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity per site procedures.
• Document observations and incidents in reports and communicate to site leadership.
