Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff as per site procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of interiors, exteriors, and access points to deter incidents.
• Monitor access to the property, verify credentials, direct visitors, and report concerns.
• Respond calmly to incidents and alarms, and document actions taken.
• Maintain accurate logs and communicate with staff and emergency responders.
