Responsibilities

• Guard, patrol, or monitor premises to prevent theft, violence or rule infractions.
• Operate x-ray and metal detector equipment when required.
• Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees and visitors.
• Write daily activity reports and document irregularities or incidents.
• Call police or fire departments in emergencies and respond to disturbances.
