Responsibilities

• Resolve conflicts and de-escalate situations.
• Interact with client employees and guests frequently.
• Identify safety issues and report hazards.
• Follow post orders and complete rounds.
• Provide customer service to employees and guests.
• Use technology devices during shifts.
• Conduct extensive foot patrols on the property.
• Perform fire watch and access control duties.
• Fulfill tasks of similar scope as site requires.
• May take extra hours during holidays.
