Qualifications

• This is primarily a driving post.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law; licensing may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel while following site procedures and emergency plans.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of manufacturing areas, offices, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points, verify visitor/contractor authorization, maintain entry records, report access-control concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and coordinate with site contacts and responders.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and concerns using required reporting tools.
