Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Background checks and related screenings required.
• Must be 18+ years old and able to pass gaming/background checks.
• Phase I/II gaming background checks may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-class customer service to guests and colleagues, addressing inquiries and complaints calmly.
• Complete training and development requirements and pursue continued education.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and promote professionalism and safety.
• Protect guests and employees and respond to security breaches as needed.
• Conduct internal and external patrols, monitor access points, and escort guests when required.
• Prepare incident reports and maintain logs, records and documentation.
