Qualifikationen

• Minimum 1 year of security-related experience.
• A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred.
• Loss prevention experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation as a condition of employment.
• Drug screen as permitted by law.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Aufgaben

• Provide customer service to staff, visitors, vendors, and authorized personnel at a healthcare location by following site procedures.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, maintain visitor logs, report unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly and follow emergency procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Prepare incident reports and communicate observations to site leadership.
