Qualifications

• Possess at least 6 months of security-related experience.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, applicants, and personnel at a government motor vehicle services location while carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Monitor access points, observe activity within assigned areas, and report unusual conditions or unauthorized activity in accordance with established protocols.
• Respond to incidents, customer concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner; contact appropriate site personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of public areas, offices, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain logs for incidents, patrols, access activity, and other security-related observations.
