Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer – Enhanced Part Time for Sparks, NV. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra shifts through the scheduling platform, enabling higher earnings while maintaining a reliable base schedule.

The position supports unarmed security operations at a technology, media, and telecommunications site, with opportunities for career growth and paid training. A valid driver’s license and a high school diploma are required.

Formación

• Valid driver’s license required per policy.
• Experience with access control and badge processes preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Guard card or license preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Allied Universal may consider applicants with criminal histories as allowed by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report irregularities to site leadership and Allied Universal management.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately and communicate information to site leadership.
