Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and background investigations as required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or employees by following site policies.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of facilities and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel and deliveries.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations and document observations.
• Complete detailed activity logs and communicate concerns to supervision.
