Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include experience using a computer or tablet.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and delivery personnel at a food and beverage production location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, and facility perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location and direct visitors, contractors, and drivers per site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, methodical manner.
• Document observations and incidents and communicate concerns to appropriate personnel.
