Allied Universal in Pleasant Prairie, WI is seeking a part-time Security Officer to protect a commercial real estate site and support a safe, welcoming environment for employees and visitors.

You will perform patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents, and complete reports with professionalism; minimum requirements include being 18+ years old, a high school diploma, a background check, a drug screen, and a valid driver’s license for driving positions.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background investigation required by law.
• Drug screen required.
• Licensing may be required per state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by following site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior areas and entrances.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and access concerns per site procedures.
• Monitor access points and provide directions; report suspicious activity.
• Complete daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications as required.
