Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer - Part Time Enhanced in Etna, OH. This flexible, dependable role supports an assigned site with fixed shifts and optional extra shifts for increased earnings. You will provide security, monitor access, and respond to incidents at a logistics facility.

Minimum qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent and background check. A driver’s license is required for driving positions. Eligible for benefits and career growth through paid training.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures at a logistics/distribution location.
• Respond to incidents, access-control concerns, and critical situations calmly and escalate as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of warehouse areas, loading docks, yards, and perimeter.
• Monitor entry/exit points, verify access, and follow visitor-management procedures.
• Document patrols and incidents in reports and communicate to leadership or responders.
