Qualifications

• At least one year of security-related experience is required.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and vendors at a financial institution by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and/or delivery authorization.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and emergency responders.
