Job summary

Allied Universal in Navarre, Ohio is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time to provide reliable, site-specific security and customer service. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts to increase earnings, while maintaining a consistent part-time schedule.

Salary is $19.72 per hour with a day schedule of 3:00 PM–11:00 PM on Wednesdays; driving positions require a license.

Qualifications

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check will be conducted in accordance with federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
Drug screen will be conducted where permitted by law.
Licensing requirements vary by state/local laws and may be required.
A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response.
Monitor entry/exit points, verify credentials and visitor authorization, issue access credentials, and logs.
Control access to restricted areas per site procedures.
Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed.
Conduct regular patrols of the facility, perimeter, parking areas and access points.
