Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, customers and employees per site policies and safety procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols across the retail location to identify unusual conditions.
• Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies, notifying superiors as needed.
• Monitor access points and deter theft and unauthorized activity; document observations accurately.
