Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check and drug screen as a condition of employment.
• Licensing requirements may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Monitor access, greet visitors, and verify credentials per site procedures.
• Maintain visitor, access, and incident records and communicate information to appropriate personnel.
