Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Patrol Driver at our Flat Rock, MI site. This role offers flexible, fixed shifts with potential for more hours through the Claim-A-Shift program. Pay rate is $17.00 per hour and the schedule includes daytime shifts.

Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check will be conducted as required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a technology, media, and telecommunications location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and the surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials and reporting unusual conditions.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with calm problem-solving and documentation.
• Maintain detailed activity logs and incident reports and communicate with site personnel and leadership.
