Job summary

Allied Universal in Delphi, IN is seeking a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced to provide reliable security services at a production location. The role offers fixed anchor shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform.

You will perform unarmed patrols, monitor access points, respond to incidents calmly, and uphold site policies while delivering professional customer service. Pay rate is $15.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• CPR certification is preferred.
• Minimum age 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security‑related procedures and site‑specific policies.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouses, offices, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials as required, and document entries, observations, and incidents.
• Support a controlled environment by reporting policy violations, damaged equipment, unsecured doors, and other security‑related concerns to site leadership.
