Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, patients, visitors, and staff while following site security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct unarmed patrols throughout the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and direct individuals as needed.
• Prepare clear incident and patrol reports for site leadership.
