Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer – Part Time Enhanced in Buford, GA. This role offers fixed anchor shifts with additional pick-up opportunities to increase earnings while providing dependable hours at a healthcare medical office location.

You will carry out security procedures, respond to emergencies, and document shift activities, with a pay rate of $19.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply depending on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, tenants, and staff per site policies and procedures.
• Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and other critical situations calmly and professionally.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the building and surrounding areas to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or policy violations to site contacts.
• Complete accurate activity reports, incident documentation, and shift communications.
