Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Customer Service in Minneapolis, MN. This role provides flexible, anchor shifts with the option to pick up extra hours and grow through paid training.

You’ll support customers, visitors, and staff while maintaining safety and security across the site. The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), and pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required by law and drug screen administered.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors and staff while following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of a luxury retail location and surrounding areas.
• Monitor access points, observe for unusual activity and deter theft or unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents calmly and in accordance with site procedures and notify appropriate personnel.
• Document patrols and incidents accurately per reporting requirements.
